Questions
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to let us reach your controller, which is often in the garage, so plan to be home at the start of the visit.
Will you dig up my yard?
No. We map what we can see and trace by running each zone from your controller. Nothing gets dug up.
What do I get at the end?
Your map in the YardPro app on iPhone, Android and the web, with one year of the YardPro Estate plan included. We set it up and show you around before we leave.
What happens after the first year?
Renew to keep using YardPro to update your map, track tasks and share with your landscaper. If you do not renew, nothing is deleted: your data stays yours and you keep view access to everything we mapped.
Can my landscaper use it?
Yes. You can share the map with your landscaper or irrigation contractor from the app, so they stop hunting for valves on your dime.
Do you fix broken sprinklers?
This visit is for mapping. If we spot a broken head or a leak, we pin it on your map so you or your landscaper can fix it.
