Why I built YardPro
I have spent my career building companies that solve everyday problems. In 2005 I started Laundry Locker in San Francisco, an early pioneer of locker based services. That led to Luxer One, a smart package locker company that grew past $30 million a year, handled hundreds of millions of deliveries, and was acquired by ASSA ABLOY.
After selling that company, I finally had time to take care of my own property. I quickly ran into a problem every property owner knows. Everything that matters is buried. Irrigation lines, valves, wire runs, drainage. The people who installed it move on, memories fade, and every repair starts with guesswork and a shovel. When a line breaks, you pay to find it before you pay to fix it.
I went looking for an app that could map it all and could not find one. So I built YardPro. It puts every line, valve, and sprinkler on a GPS map you own forever, keeps your crew and contractors on the same page with tasks, and watches for leaks with smart sensors so small problems never become big ones.
Our mission is simple: know your property completely, maintain it effortlessly, and never get surprised by it again.
